The CBSE class X and XII board exams, which begin on February 15, will be held in the traditional physical mode this year. The examinations have been hampered in the last two years because of the Covid epidemic. CBSE has begun counselling sessions for classes X and XII to give students with psychological support and solutions.

These counselling services include a free, 24-hour Interactive Voice Response System (IVRS) for students and parents on the Board's toll-free number (1800-11-8004), which will provide information and suggestions about stress-free examination preparation, time and stress management, frequently asked questions (FAQs), Covid prevention, and so on. It is available in both Hindi and English and can be accessed from anywhere in the country.

These include tele-counselling, which is a volunteer and free service provided by the Board Monday through Saturday from 9.30 a.m. to 5.30 p.m. In 2022, 84 principals and counselors contributed to these counselling sessions, with 73 from India and the remainder from Nepal, Oman, Japan, the United Arab Emirates, Kuwait, Qatar, and Singapore.
