The NRA CET, or National Recruitment Agency Common Eligibility Test, is a single online exam that will be conducted by the National Recruitment Agency (NRA) to screen candidates for non-technical and non-gazetted Group B and C posts in the central government. The NRA CET is expected to be conducted in 2025.
The NRA CET will be a computer-based test (CBT) and will consist of four sections:
- General Intelligence and Reasoning
- Numerical Ability
- English Language
- General Studies
Each section will have 100 questions, and the total time for the exam will be 3 hours. The questions will be of multiple-choice type, and the difficulty level of the exam will be moderate.
The NRA CET score will be valid for three years, and it will be used by the central government recruiting agencies to shortlist candidates for the Mains/Tier-2 exams. The NRA CET will be a great opportunity for candidates to save time and money, as they will no longer have to appear for multiple preliminary exams.
